Installing RAID: Shadow Legends on PC is straightforward when you are starting a new account. Moving an existing mobile account needs more care. The important step is connecting your current game profile to a Plarium ID before you open RAID through a new Windows installation.
Choose an official Windows route
Plarium Play is the publisher's own desktop launcher. Plarium states that the current launcher supports Windows 10 version 21H1 or newer. Download it from Plarium, sign in with the correct Plarium ID and install RAID from the launcher library.
RAID is also available through Steam. Existing players should not treat the Steam download as the first account step. Plarium's support instructions say to connect Steam from the Linked Accounts section in Plarium Play before launching the Steam version with existing progress.
Avoid third party installers and download pages. An unofficial package adds account and update risk without improving the PC experience.
Connect your mobile progress first
Open RAID on the device that already holds your progress. Select your avatar, open Settings and check the Profile tab. Connect that game profile to a Plarium ID or create one there if the profile does not have one yet.
Use an email address you control and record the Plarium ID connected to the profile. Then sign in to Plarium Play with that same identity. Plarium warns that launching the PC version before the mobile profile is connected can create a separate new RAID profile.
Do not continue through a new tutorial if you expected to see an established account. Stop, sign out and check the identity used on the original device.
Install through Plarium Play
Download Plarium Play from its official page and complete the Windows installation. Sign in, find RAID: Shadow Legends in the library and choose Install. Let the launcher finish the game files and any updates before opening RAID.
The current Plarium Play page lists Windows 10 version 21H1 or newer as its Windows baseline. Keep Windows and your graphics driver updated, and leave free storage for later patches. The official support page should remain the final reference if launcher requirements change.

For the Windows route discussed here, open the RAID: Shadow Legends PC offer when you are ready to install or return to the game. Check the platform and account options at the destination first.
Open the approved Windows offer, connect the right Plarium ID and verify your existing progress before you continue.
Link Steam before launching there
If you prefer Steam, first sign in to the correct account through Plarium Play. Open Settings, find Linked Accounts and connect the intended Steam account. After that connection is complete, install RAID through Steam and sign in with the linked account.
Plarium specifically warns that downloading and launching RAID on Steam before linking the existing account can start a new profile. Treat account linking as part of the installation, not as a repair step for later.
Verify the profile before playing
Check the nickname, Player ID, level and Clan before claiming rewards or spending resources. Compare them with the original device. If any of those details are wrong, close the game and review the login instead of progressing on the new profile.
Keep a private record of the numeric Player ID and nickname. Do not publish account recovery details in a forum or social post. Plarium support may ask for identifying account information when helping with access, so store it somewhere only you can reach.

Secure the Plarium account
Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication for the Plarium account. Plarium Play also includes Login History under the account settings. Review it if you receive a new-device notification or notice activity you do not recognize.
Never buy, sell or trade an account. Apart from the security risk, Plarium states that account trading is against its rules and can limit the support available for a recovery request.
Fix the most common login mistake
If the PC client opens a fresh account, confirm whether the original mobile profile was connected to a Plarium ID. Sign out of Plarium Play, then sign back in with the identity created or connected inside the original RAID profile.
If you cannot access the original credentials, use the official account access support route. Prepare the nickname or numeric ID, the device previously used and the approximate time of the last successful login. Do not send passwords or two-factor authentication codes to anyone.
Finish the first PC session safely
Once the correct account appears, open a low-risk campaign stage and confirm that controls, audio and window mode behave as expected. Check that the launcher closes and reopens into the same profile before making the PC installation your regular route.
