Who is responsible for your information
GamerigPro is owned and published by Jack C. Garrett, who is responsible for the personal information collected through gamerigpro.com. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@gamerigpro.com.
Information we collect
When you request the newsletter, we temporarily store a protected confirmation token. After you confirm your email, we store the email address, the date of consent, the signup source and the subscription status. We do not ask for a real name, postal address, payment information or gaming account password.
Cloudflare may process basic connection, security and diagnostic information when it delivers the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures aggregate page views, visits and page performance without cookies, local storage or individual visitor profiles. Saved articles and the cookie preference are stored locally in your browser.
How we use information

- Understand aggregate readership and improve page performance through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Legal basis and consent
Newsletter information is processed with the consent provided when you confirm your email. Necessary security and delivery information is processed to operate and protect the service. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free and does not use local storage. Optional advertising storage stays denied unless you select “Accept all”.
Service providers and external links
Cloudflare hosts the site and database and provides the cookie-free Web Analytics service. It may process the technical data needed to provide those services. GamerigPro articles may link to game publishers, stores, video platforms and affiliate partners. Their privacy practices apply after you leave GamerigPro.
Retention
An active newsletter record is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, subject to any limited record that must be retained for security or legal reasons. Technical logs follow the retention controls of the relevant hosting service.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw newsletter consent or object to a processing activity. Send the request from the email address concerned to contact@gamerigpro.com.
You can change optional storage choices from the cookie policy page. Saved articles can be removed with the bookmark control on the related article.
Security
GamerigPro uses HTTPS and Cloudflare infrastructure to protect data in transit and reduce common network threats. No online service can promise absolute security, so access to stored information is kept limited to operational needs.
Children
The newsletter is not directed at children who cannot provide valid consent under the law that applies to them. A parent or guardian can contact us if they believe a child submitted personal information.

This policy may change when GamerigPro adds a service or when legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
